By purchasing from Lyn’s Furniture, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once the purchase has been completed.
Exchanges are only allowed for items confirmed to have factory damage. Any claim for factory damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery or pickup. The item must be inspected and approved by management before any exchange is authorized.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product selection, dimensions, color, and specifications, before completing their purchase. Lyn’s Furniture is not responsible for issues resulting from customer choice, including incorrect measurements, change of mind, or items that do not fit through doorways, stairways, or designated spaces.
Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Lyn’s Furniture is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage or issue must be noted immediately. Failure to report damage promptly may affect the ability to process an exchange claim.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
