Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the review and final approval of Lyn’s Furniture management. Lyn’s Furniture reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any purchased items.

Exchanges are only permitted for products with factory damage. Any factory-damaged item must be reported within 24 hours after delivery or pickup, and the item must be inspected and approved by management before an exchange is authorized.

This policy helps us ensure that all claims are handled fairly and according to manufacturer standards.

In the case we accept a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds are not issued to the original form of payment. Any approved refund will be provided only as store credit, at the sole discretion of management. Store credit may be used toward future purchases and is non-cash redeemable.
