Local Delivery Policy
Lyn’s Furniture offers local delivery for customer convenience within select service areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on the location, order size, and delivery requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items will fit through entryways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended space before scheduling delivery. Lyn’s Furniture is not responsible for items that do not fit due to measurements, access limitations, or space restrictions at the delivery location.
An adult aged 18 or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery and report any visible factory damage immediately at the time of receipt.
Delivery dates and times are estimated and may be subject to change due to traffic, weather, route delays, manufacturer issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, Lyn’s Furniture is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
For the safety of our staff, delivery may be refused or rescheduled if there is unsafe access, pets are not secured, or the delivery environment presents a hazard.
Once a delivery has been completed and accepted, the sale remains final in accordance with our store policy. Exchanges are only permitted for items verified to have factory damage and must be approved by management.
Nationwide Shipping Policy
Lyn’s Furniture offers nationwide shipping on select products. Availability for nationwide shipping may vary depending on the item, size, weight, destination, and carrier limitations. Some products may only be available for local delivery in the South Florida area, while others may qualify for shipment across the United States.
Shipping times, costs, and delivery options will vary based on the customer’s location and the product ordered. Once an order is processed, customers may receive tracking information or delivery updates when available. Lyn’s Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, failed delivery attempts, storage fees, rescheduling, or special delivery requests. Large or oversized items may require freight delivery, curbside delivery, or special handling.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Lyn’s Furniture as soon as possible with photos and order information so we can review the issue. Claims reported after delivery may be subject to review and may not qualify for replacement or exchange.
Nationwide shipping does not automatically include assembly, setup, room placement, trash removal, or white glove delivery unless specifically stated on the invoice or order confirmation.
